At Reaper Shop, we provide gaming software activation keys delivered via email after payment. Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to resolving any valid issues promptly.
❌ Non-Returnable Digital Products
As our products are digital software keys:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Once an activation key has been delivered, it cannot be revoked, whether or not it has been redeemed.
✅ Refunds (Eligible Cases Only)
Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
- The delivered activation key is invalid, already redeemed, or not working — and this is verified by our support team.
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of your order.
- Provide your order number, email address, and a screenshot of the issue.
- If the issue is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
⚠️ Refunds Not Applicable In These Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Wrong product selection (e.g. incorrect region, denomination, or platform)
- Redeemed, used, or partially used activation keys
- Errors during activation by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect email or spam filters
